EKNGB Performance Day for Elite Tier 1 Senior National Team athletes and EKNGB National and Regional Coaches.

We are pleased to announce our first performance day with the Centre for Physical Activity, Sport and Exercise Science; Coventry University, May 2026.

Our partnership with Coventry University will see a day of Laboratory sport specific testing and athlete seminars in sports psychology, nutrition and weight management.

Our coaching team will be furthering their professional development with department experts in elite coaching. With our whole team of 15 plus coaches involved it looks set to be a great day.
This is a big step forwards for the WKF, English Karate National governing body, and sets us apart as we work towards future development and success.
