On Tuesday 19th May 2026 in Frankfurt, Germany the European Karate Federation at their annual European congress voted and unanimously confirmed the full membership of the English Karate National Governing Body (EKNGB) to the European Karate Federation.

EKNGB President Dale Gamble addressed the European congress on behalf of the EKNGB to the National Federations and the WKF President and executive committee.
