The day was made extra special by having the legendary Mr Vic Charles MBE as part of it, sharing his knowledge and showing support for English Karate, inspirational.
We would like to send our thanks to rainbow trout films, for their time filming today. They are going to help us grow the profile of Karate across England as well as helping us to document further the history, for future generations to enjoy.

A huge well done and thank you to our Head Coach, Luke Easton, for his leadership, dedication as Para Karate continues to find its feet within the national training programme. The progress being made is a testament to the hard work of both athletes and coaches alike.
