The EKNGB is committed to advancing participation, performance and excellence across all regions, all styles and all levels of Karate. We believe that every karateka should have access to high-quality coaching, clear talent pathways and opportunities to progress.

In line with our strategy to strengthen regional delivery, we are seeking to appoint three head Regional Karate Coaches, one each for the North, the South, and the Midlands and three assistants to help them progress sport karate in the region. These key roles will work closely with our national coaching team to ensure consistent implementation of our national framework, and to support athlete progression from grassroots through to elite levels.

If you are passionate about developing athletes, strengthening the regional coaching network, and contributing to the future of karate in England, we would welcome your application.
