Following on from the EKNGB Performance Day at Coventry University our next CPD for our EKNGB Regional and National Coaches and further education for our elite athletes will be taking place on Saturday 27th June.

This seminar will be on Nutrition and weight cutting for elite Karate athletes for optimising performance by Coventry University and Freddy Brown, Ph.D. | SENR, CASES CSci, MBioch. Lecturer in Nutrition and Performance Nutritionist. (specialising in combat sports)

This will be offered to a wider range of our National A Squad of Kata, Para and Kumite aswell as our support staff. All provided by our partners.

As our National programme develops there will be opportunities for EKNGB Association coaches in the varies areas of continued professional development for Kata, Kumite and Para Karate. Information will be sent to HOA’s as the year develops.
