A fantastic Nutrition and weight cutting seminar and workshop for our senior National A Squad to help enhance their performance and EKNGB coaches continued professional development (CPD).

Our partner and sport science support, Coventry University Sport Science Department put on this performance education session for the EKNGB. The EKNGB had 49 athletes and coaches attend in their quest to further their knowledge in the area of Nutrition for Sport Karate in Kata, Kumite and Para. Lovely to see interaction between our athletes and coaches over 2 1/2 hours this weekend.

We look forward further developments in this area with further workshops and seminars.

The sessions was taken by Freddy Brown PhD, MSc, Mbioch, CASES
