The England National Kata Team have started their preparations for the World Karate Championships in the autumn. The training at no cost to our England National Karate Team.

A few days of pre-training in Grimsby ahead of the World Championships in Poland.

Really proud of this group. Another two hour evening session Friday followed by a 6 hour day today after last weekends pre training. They worked so incredibly hard all weekend, listened well, took every bit of feedback on board, and just kept going and giving more.

Effort and focus like that makes every weekend spent training them worth it

Long sessions, tired bodies.
