We are pleased to share the details of the new Regional Kata & Kumite sessions below. Please feel free to share the link for booking onto sessions with parents of athletes 11yrs old all the way to veterans who we welcome to join in.

We require athletes to have permission of their head of associations before they book a place please.

The first regional training North, Midlands and South is on Sunday 18th January 2026, the locations can be found in the provided link below and times will be shared with HOA and on Facebook soon.
