EKNGB representing Karate as the WKF NGB at Martial Art Studies Association 10th International Conference, 22nd-24th July 2026

As the WKF NGB for Karate in England our role involves promoting Karate across the martial arts and combat sport community. 

As we have publicised previously the EKNGB has been invited to attend the 10th Martial Arts Studies Association International Conference at Brighton University.

We have also been invited to debate in a roundtable forum about Martial arts and various topics. We very much look forward to being part of the wider martial arts community across the globe.

The EKNGB is also moving our relationships forward with academic research with our partnerships with University’s and research projects. We very much hope that our members and partners will push Karate forwards in the UK in both the traditional and sporting aspects of our art with producing research in coming years.
